Step 7: Buyers Candidate Meets Owner & Tours Company

When a buyer has received and reviewed the offering memorandum to their satisfaction, they will request a meeting with the owner in order to view the business. You, the seller will answer many questions about the business operations to allow the buyer to overcome hesitations they may have had prior to the visit. The process is gaining momentum and the buyer is ready to tender an offer.
