Every successful transaction involves the team of professionally assisting the client. While SAI manages the sales process from beginning to end, there are many key roles in completing each assignment. The vast majority of SAI clients are the result of referrals from other professionals including attorneys, accountants, bankers, business owners and other financial advisors. SAI is grateful for those acknowledgements and is likewise pleased to make referrals of capable and experienced professionals to assist our clients and customers.

Bill Satterrlee
Since 1985, Bill has been successully involved in the sale of hundreds of businesses and companies in the Stateline area. He has a strong understanding of his clients' needs and the sale process. Bill is well versed at representing a vast variety of business types and sizes. Tom West, BBP founder and former executive director of International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) was an original instructor and mentor to Mr. Satterlee back in the late 1980s. Having grown up and raising his family in the Rockford area, Bill continues to serve the Stateline community of business owners. He is an Illinois licensed business broker and an Illinois licensed real estate broker. Bill has a keen knowledge of the Rockford market, it's machine tool base and the service sector of businesses that service the community.
